Mallory grew up in Bentonville and completed her undergraduate studies at the University of Arkansas. After a brief career in advertising, she attended law school and graduated from the UALR Bowen School of Law. Mallory met her husband at law school and moved up to Northwest Arkansas with him where they have been ever since.
Mallory has in-house experience in risk management and tort litigation as well as working with a small firm doing family, criminal, and civil work. Most recently, Mallory worked as the Supervising Attorney for the Consumer Protection team within Legal Aid of Arkansas.
Mallory has served on the Board of Directors of the Hispanic Women's Organization of Arkansas for the last six years. She is an adjunct professor for the paralegal program at Northwest Arkansas Community College teaching family law. She regularly volunteers for and organizes Name and Gender Correction clinics. Mallory and her husband enjoy cycling on the Greenway and traveling the world with their son.
